Terms of Sale
SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
Information pursuant to Legislative Decree no.185/99:
Purchases made on our site, like all distance purchases by phone or correspondence, as they take place outside commercial premises, are protected by Legislative Decree no.185 of May 22, 1999, which provides the possibility for the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within a period of 10 working days from receipt of the goods. This right consists of the option to return the purchased goods to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, and to receive a refund of the purchase price.
Exclusions:
The right of withdrawal applies to individuals acting for purposes not related to their professional activity. Therefore, purchases made by resellers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to the following categories of products:
a) audiovisual or sealed computer media opened by the consumer;
b) newspapers, periodicals, and magazines.
Non-compliant or damaged products must be returned to our address.
For any refund as per the information, in our case the product must be sealed in the box in which it was delivered.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned period of 10 days from receipt of the goods, a written communication by registered letter with return receipt addressed to:

The communication may also be sent, within the same period, by email, fax, or telegram, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. This communication must contain the codes of the products to be returned, as well as instructions on how to refund the expenses incurred (money order, bank transfer, etc.) and any bank details.
The products subject to reconsideration must be returned within 10 days at the consumer's expense, in substantially intact condition, to the same address used for the registered letter.
Once the goods have been received and their integrity verified, we will, within 15 working days, credit the customer with the cost of the returned products.
The competent court for any dispute that may arise from this contract is that of Venice.
Privacy
Dear customer, the personal data requested during the order process will be processed exclusively for the purpose of completing the purchase and will not be disclosed to others.
IMINATTI guarantees compliance with privacy regulations, (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).
